Using NoiseZ
Terms of Use
NoiseZ is provided by Pinestraw Enterprises. Your license to use the iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different agreement is displayed for NoiseZ in the App Store. These terms explain app features, accounts, and purchases.
What the app provides
NoiseZ plays ambient audio and provides a sleep timer and bedside clock. Some sounds are free; premium sounds require an eligible in-app purchase or active subscription. NoiseZ is for relaxation and general use. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee relief from sleep or health conditions.
Accounts
An account is optional for browsing and playing free sounds. You can create one with email and password or Sign in with Apple. Account deletion is available in the app menu. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase purchases from your Apple Account. Sound settings remain on your device until you remove them or delete the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple handles payment. The app displays each available plan’s local price and billing period before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until canceled. Use Menu → Manage Subscription or your Apple Account subscription settings to manage or cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid period, subject to Apple’s terms. Use Menu → Restore Purchases to restore eligible purchases.
Content and support
Audio and other NoiseZ content may be used within the app under the applicable license. For app, account, or purchase restoration support, contact support@strawpine.com. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains the app’s data practices. We may update these terms as the app changes and will post the current version here with its effective date.
